How much is a taxi from Bangkok to Pattaya?
The fixed fare starts at ฿1,200 for a sedan carrying up to 3 passengers. An Innova is ฿1,400, a Fortuner ฿1,600 and a Commuter van ฿1,900. Every price is for the whole car, not per person.
How long is the drive?
Around 2 hours from central Bangkok to Pattaya on a normal day. Leaving during rush hour can add 20 to 40 minutes, and your fare does not change if it does.
Are tolls and fuel included?
Yes. Expressway tolls, fuel and the driver are all inside the price you are quoted. There is nothing extra to pay at the end of the trip.
Where in Bangkok can you pick me up?
Any address in the city — hotels, condos, offices, hospitals or a BTS or MRT station. Give us the address and a time, and the car will be waiting.
I am arriving at Suvarnabhumi. Is this the right page?
Not quite. Airport pickups are a separate route with their own fixed fare, because the driver waits inside the terminal and airport parking is included. See our full fare list for airport transfers.
Do I have to pay in advance?
No. There is no deposit and no online payment. You pay the driver in cash when you arrive in Pattaya.
How many people and bags fit?
A sedan takes 3 passengers and 2 bags, an Innova 4 and 3, a Fortuner 5 and 4, and a Commuter van 9 passengers with 8 bags. Tell us if you have golf bags or oversized luggage.
Can I book a very early or late trip?
Yes, we drive 24 hours a day, every day of the year, including public holidays. Late-night pickups are best booked the day before.
